Inspect the Band & Case Connection
We examine the clasp, bracelet links, pins, end links, spring bars, and the way the band meets the watch case.
Watch band repair
Loose links, damaged pins, a broken clasp, or a band that no longer fits should be inspected before the issue gets worse. Our Johns Creek watchmakers provide careful in-house band and bracelet repair for luxury and everyday watches.
Walk-ins welcome Monday–Saturday, 10am–6pm.

Dedicated repair
A worn watch band can affect comfort, fit, security, and the way the watch wears. We inspect the bracelet or strap, clasp, links, pins, end links, and connection points before explaining whether repair, cleaning, adjustment, or replacement is the safest next step.

In-house band repair process
Our process is designed to protect the watch rather than force a generic fix. Work is handled in our Johns Creek workshop by certified watchmakers.
We examine the clasp, bracelet links, pins, end links, spring bars, and the way the band meets the watch case.
We show you what we find and explain whether tightening, pin work, clasp service, cleaning, adjustment, repair, or replacement makes sense.
Your watch stays with our certified team. We use appropriate tools to help avoid scratches and damage to the case.
Before the watch leaves, we verify fit, clasp function, and the security of the band or bracelet.
