After you receive our estimate, we will arrange shipment details to pack your watch and ship it with a secure shipping carrier.
4. Repair & Delivery
Once we have repaired and your watch and it has passed our 8 day Quality Control process, it will be shipped securely back to you.

Lead times vary between repairs and can depend on the availability of parts. Most watch services will take between 2-4 weeks. We authenticate and diagnose every watch with care and precision. We don’t rush any service as, quality takes time. We always follow our services with the Quality Control required for that watch model and caliber movement. Some watches have 8 day power reserve features requiring us to follow strict protocol measures. Most watches have a 4-5 day Quality Control process to ensure all watches pass all necessary quality tests.
We operate on a no fix, no fee basis. In the very unlikely event our technicians are unable to repair your watch, you will not be charged for this service.
The watchmaker will run a complete series of diagnostic checks, diligently checking the exterior case and interior movement for all signs of wear. Looking for signs of moisture, damage, rust, wear to the movement and parts. Carefully disassembling the watch, making necessary checks & adjustments. The disassembled movement get a cleaning in our watch cleaning machine and then carefully reassembled with the correct oiling and lubrications needed.
All exterior components (case, bracelet, clasp, etc) are carefully dismantled, polished (per request only), and cleaned in a separate ultrasonic tank. The watch is then re-assembled by a similar reversed process with all parts being assembled and checked for functionality and tolerances to manufacturers requirements and guidelines.

Yes, all watch repairs come with at least a 1-year guarantee, while some are under warranty for 2 years. Most battery replacements come with a lifetime guarantee.
